  4. Dot Matrix Scroller and Dot Matrix Scroller 2 are both freely
  5. distributable and are in the Public Domain. 
  6. Their copyright however still remains with their author and 
  7. no charge should be made apart from a nominal copying fee.

  9. If anyone wishes that it should be made part of a magazine 
  10. coverdisk then express permission must be obtained from the
  11. author. If anyone should want if for a PDCD or similar then
  12. it can be used for this (similarly non-profit making) purpose.

  14. The files DMScroller, DMScrollerII, Userfont.fnt and all
  15. documentation should remain together at all times. (This is to
  16. make it fair on the user.)
  17. Dot Matrix Scroller can be made part of a (Public Domain) video
  18. "package" in conjunction with other programs. If it is to be
  19. included amongst professional programs though, again express 
  20. permission must be obtained from the author.

  23. user that made them and are in no way copyright of the author.

  26. Any resulting corrupting of disks/data is not in any way a fault

  28. virus free, and should not affect data on a hard/floppy disk)
